Travel Insurance Terms

1. Insurance is not included in the trip quote.

MayTravels itineraries do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase appropriate travel insurance before their trip.

2. Suggested insurance coverage

• Medical Expenses (Including Emergency Medical Evacuation)
• Trip Cancellation or Interruption
• Lost or delayed baggage
• Flight Delay or Cancellation
• Personal Responsibility

• Allianz Insurance
• AIG Travel Guard
• AXA Insurance

4. Our Responsibility

MayTravels, as the itinerary designer and ground service provider, is not liable for any losses incurred by travelers due to accidents, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events during the trip. Travelers are responsible for mitigating risks by purchasing appropriate travel insurance.

5. Emergency Handling

If an emergency occurs during your trip, immediately contact your insurance provider's emergency assistance hotline and notify your travel consultant at isaac@maytravels.com.
