Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancel notification

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to isaac@maytravels.com, effective from the date received.

2. Cancellation Fee Policy

• Cancel more than 31 days before departure: refund 80% of the paid amount.
• Cancel 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of paid amount
• Cancel 7–14 days before departure: 20% refund of paid amount
• Cancel or no-show within 6 days before departure: No refund

3. Non-refundable items

Flights already issued, hotel reservations confirmed (some hotels have separate cancellation policies), tickets or activity permits purchased, and visa fees.

4. Update

If changes are needed after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate them; however, additional fees may apply. Fees are based on actual costs incurred.

5. Force Majeure

If travel cannot proceed due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions, both parties shall resolve the matter through negotiation. Non-refundable: costs already incurred. Refundable in full: costs not yet incurred.

6. Insurance recommendations

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover unexpected situations.
