Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email) to isaac@maytravels.com. The date of receipt will prevail.

2. Cancellation Fees

• More than 31 days before departure: 80% refund of the amount paid
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the amount paid
• 7–14 days before departure: 20% refund of the amount paid
• Within 6 days of departure or for a no-show: No refund

3. Non-refundable Items

Issued airline tickets, confirmed hotel reservations (some hotels have independent cancellation policies), purchased tickets or activity permits, and visa fees.

4. Changes

Changes requested after confirmation will be accommodated whenever possible; however, additional fees may apply based on actual costs incurred.

5. Force Majeure

If the trip cannot proceed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, government actions), both parties will negotiate a resolution. Costs already incurred are non-refundable; unincurred costs will be fully refunded.

6. Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
