Questions

1. Is there detailed schedule for mentioned activities? Such as Day 1, Day 2 . . . , as well as exact date! I have to plan by personal schedule in advance.

The detail schedule and sight-seeing videos will be posted on our web site.

2. I do not have any previous knowledge on aviation, can I enroll this activity?

You don't need to have any aeronautical or flying knowledge to enroll, you join the course to learn flying.

3. What is the minimum level of education background for joining this camp? I have secondary 3 level only, is that OK.

If you are over 15 years old and have form 3 standard then you can join.

4. I have PPL already, may I hire a plane to have solo flight during this activity? If the answer is YES, what

is the cost and detailed arrangement?

You still need to fly with our instructor.

5. Will there be Cantonese instructor?

No.

6. I could understand little English only, does it sufficient?

It should be ok.

7. Flight theory lesson, what language would be use? German, English? Will there any Cantonese instant

interpretation?

It will be in Cantonese with English.

8. German / English language class. It is optional to have either one of them, or have both classes mandatory? Or I could omit language class and use the time as FREE time?

It is German language class

9. What is the main communication language would be used during this trip? Or during flight? I’m afraid I could not understand German if the instructor could not use English.

The Flight instructor can speak English

10. What kind of Passport do I need? I have HKSAR passport only, do I need to have VISA in advance?

For the HKSAR passport, you do not need a VISA.

11. Do we land in Poland?

We may plan to land in Poland.

12. How many hours would be arranged for Flying for each student?

The program fee includes 1 hour CTLS flying with Instructor

13. If weather is no good for flight in several consecutive days, what is the arrangement then? Any Refund?

Yes, we shall refund the flying fees but we try to do taxiing on the taxi way.

14. I have relatives / friends in German and I want to pay visit to them, may I leave the team and stay behind if necessary? If so, how does the cost and details arrangement accordingly? the same sky?

You will have to let us know in advance and arrange to extend the return date. But It may need extra charges from the airline.

15. Who is the instructor?

Mr. Siegmar Sprenger is the instructor for our flights

16. What kind of accommodation do we have? It is camping site or hotel? Or Flying school dome? Which flying school that we are going to visit?

We work with Sprenger flight school and it is located at Strausberg near Berlin.

17. There are some museum visits, different kind of tours, are they “self-cost” or included in this summer camp?

Everything is included

18. Is there AGE limitation? Could primary school student enroll this activity? Or elderly guy who have interest?

Anybody can join.

19. Does this summer camp include insurance fee? What area does the insurance covered?

We will be responsible for the flying insurance, you have to buy your own traveling insurance before departure.

20. I have a friend who is carry passport other than HKSAR, such as CHINA or MACAU, could he / she join this camp as well?

Then he has to get the visa from the German embassy by himself, as we are not the travel agency.

22. Could we fly the plane by ourselves under instructor monitoring (I don’t have any license)? Even I have no knowledge with aviation before.

Yes, the instructor will let you fly the plane when safe

23. After Theory lesson, any written / oral examination required prior flying? Or THEORY and FLYING are 2 independent activities?

No Examination is required, you will have 10 hours flight theory and 1 hour actual flying

24. I have joined your written examination (in Guangzhou) and result is PASS, is there any advantage for this camp?

No.

25. How many take-off and landings were arranged per each student?

Normally 2 take off and landings

26. How much of this summer camp cost? When and how do I pay?

The program cost HKD36000. per head. It included flight lessons, flying, German language, sight seeing and return air tickets

27. CTLS is the only model that would be fly? Or there is other choice on aero-craft model?

Only the CTLS.

28. Any FREE time for student to have self activity?

Yes

29. Transportation during activities, taking public transport or there is specific van / coach?

Public transports and coach, but expenses are included

30. I am vegetarian / Islamic, is there any special arrangement for our food?

Yes

31. Any arrangement if student want to FLY more or LESS? Would it change the activity cost?

Additional flying can be arranged and the cost will be announced later

32. I have no interest on other activities besides of FLY? Could I spend all time only at the school for flying?

Yes, but will not affect the lump sum you have paid.

33. My wife and child want to go with me, they will join all activities except FLYING, is it allowable to go

together and how does it cost?

They can deduct the flying , flight theory and German course fees.

34. When is the deadline for enrollment / payment?

Deadline is 10 May 2013, as we need to book the hotel and air ticket in advance.

35. Accommodation issue, single room per student or sharing room? If it is shared, how many students per room?

2 students share one room

36. If my wife going together with me, may I have an independent room?

Of course

37. If I enrolled and paid, but I have personal issue want to quit, what is the refunding arrangement?

we shall deduct 5% handling fee

38. If I enrolled and paid, but the activity cancelled for certain reason, we should have 100% refund, isn’t it?

In general , Yes

39. I will be in Berlin before the camp. May I join you guys at Berlin instead of flying from HK? Since only

the returning HK air ticket is required, how does it influence the cost?

It will cost you more for a one way ticket. So not recommended.

40. How safe is the plane?

The CTLS equipped with a parachute, so it is still safe under unexpected serious incidents. Go to Flight Design web site to find out more information on this issue

10。什么样的护照我需要吗?我有香港特区护照只有,我需要提前签证吗?

香港特别行政区护照,你不需要一个签证。

11。我们的土地在波兰吗?

我们可以计划在波兰的土地。

12。多少个小时将会为每个学生安排飞行吗?

项目费用包括1小时飞行与教练CTLS

13。如果天气不适合飞行在几个连续几天,有什么安排呢?

任何退款吗?是的,我们将退还飞行费用但是我们试图做出租车的方式滑行。

14。我有亲戚或朋友在德国,我想支付访问它们,我可以离开这个团队,如果有必要留下来吗?如果是这样,如何安排相应的成本和细节吗?相同的天空?
